Place your mouse over the art piece. As soon as the cursor changes into a small hand, you can zoom in and out. You do this by rotating your mouse wheel/scrolling on your trackpad by moving two fingers up and down. Scroll up to zoom closer to the object, or scroll down to zoom away.
